|Prior to joining Dreamtime Resorts, Colin purchased a plumbing hardware manufacturing company (Barrcol) in 1994 and within 6 years sold the company for 6.35 times what he originally paid. Then, as Director of Sales for Canadian manufacturer Erico, Colin gained further experience in management and marketing from a global perspective and especially in USA. This international experience has been a tremendous asset to Dreamtime Resorts. Colin has also held Government positions in Financial & Business Administration.|
|David is a pioneer of the Gold Coast Tourist Industry. He has managed everything from a small, single-owner property in 1967 to today’s multi-million-dollar towers with complex Management Rights agreements. David has been involved in promoting tourism since 1968, and in 1969 he became president of the Accommodation Owner Association. That same year he created the first airline-self-contained accommodation package, now a major business. Eventually the State Government took over the Association and conferred Life Membership on David in 1978 for services rendered to the industry. In 2000, David and wife Jo received the REIQ Managers of the Year Award. David has served on the committees of both REIQ and QRAMA.|
|Garry McKenzie, Marketing Manager/Partner||Garry joined the management rights industry in 1984. In the late eighty’s he undertook the role of operations manager for Mitchell Corp Hotel Group Australia. In 1995 Garry purchased the management rights to Raffles Royale Apartments (sold 2003) and started a marketing consortium of 8 buildings, car hire and day tour company. The group designed and launched a very early version of a direct online booking engine. During this time Garry started his own inbound tour company Trendsetter Tours Qld that was joint ventured with Trendsetter Tours Thailand based in Bangkok. In 2000 Garry purchased Accommodation Down Under and merged the two businesses. In 2004 Garry sold all interests to focus on his new role at Dreamtime Resorts.|
|Steve has been involved in financing management rights for the past 25 years. Steve set up PCS Finance in 1995 which has become the premier finance brokerage for the industry. Steve is a Senior Associate with FINSIA and has been a partner in various management rights since 2004.|
